Peki bunu yaptığım takdirde her kullanıcı oraya sorunsuz şekilde
yazabilir mi ?

users yapiyor o isi. Man sayfasindan:
users Allow every user to mount and unmount the file system.
This option implies the options noexec, nosuid, and nodev
(unless overridden by subsequent options, as in the
option line users,exec,dev,suid).
Eger fstab'dan mount ediyorsaniz zaten herkese izin vermenize gerek
yok. Bence ek olarak exec opsyonu ile mount etmek yerine o users'i
oradan kaldirin.
