If you don't mind another VNC question, what are you using for a viewer on the client side and how are you running it? The man pages on this aren't the best.
I can run a VNC client on a Windows machine perfectly (finally, a use for Windows!:-), but when trying to access my Linux server from another Linux box I do a "svncviewer spartacus:2" on the client and get horrible shimmering refresh problems and very erratic mouse behavior. xvncviewer doesn't seem to be installed despite references to it in the man pages. Any ideas for a VNC newbie? -- Regards, | Why would anyone want to run an operating . | system that is open source and is developed Randy | by hundreds of hackers worldwide?
