Systemd equivalent to dhclient exit-hooks script

Hi,

I configure a dhcp interface using systemd-networkd.
When a new lease is acquired I need to reload some services.
How can I do that?
In other words: I'm looking for a systemd equivalent to dhclient exit 
hooks script.

I'm on Debian 9.
