Since ftp.debian.org is down at the time of writing, it might be a while before this turns up in the right place.
The right place is at fist sight the mail/ subdirectory since the package is intended for use in conjunction with vm, the MUA I uploaded a few days ago. However it potentially has more general application so perhaps it should go somewhere else?
