Hello. I just had occasion to install w3 and found at the end that the w3.info pages had not been installed (so I installed them myself).
Until now I have not been required to install any GNU info pages or to deal with /usr/info/dir. Nevertheless, both that file and my /usr/info directory appear to me to be complete and correct w/r all the packages that I have installed which contained GNU info pages. This makes me wonder: Is the Debian w3 package supposed to install the w3.info pages on its own? Bill
