I want to upload to ftp.debian.org a preliminary debianized version of the MidNight Commander file manager.
I know that it is a FAQ, but I don't remember the answer:
Where is the incoming directory?
Do I have to do something else besides uploading the files?
I have created an ELF binary only. Is that OK?
How should I indicate that? Should I make it to depend on libc >= 5?
