Once you get your system installed, install the new kernel presently available in ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/private/project/Incoming/image-1.3.58-0.deb .
Note that this is a development kernel and less stable than others, but it
drives your device. Linus and others are currently working to make a stable
version of this kernel, so it should not be long.
