I'm running 3 WD EIDE drives and an EIDE CD-ROM with no problem - my CD is the second drive on the secondary controller. I haven't needed to specify any boot parameters. Let me know if you want more info on how it's jumpered etc (haven't had the box open in a while) Alastair
