Dummy interface.

        Hi,

        Although I loaded /lib/modules/1.2.13/net/dummy.o , and did :

            # ifconfig dummy0 00:40:05:18:37:13 aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd -broadcast 
            # route add aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd dummy0
            # arp -s aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd pub

        my WWW server doesn't run as a virtual WWW server. 
        
        Moreover, the "dummy0" (or the other dummy's) has the HARDWARE_ADDRESS
        as 00:00:00:00:00:00 in the result of ifconfig , is this corret ?
