I am making my executive decision so I can get this thing done. I will produce a color-ls package. It will create two binaries in /bin: cls and dircolors. cls will be the colorized ls. The dircolors program will alias ls, dir, and vdir to cls which will produce color output. The manpage for dircolors will be installed as well as some simple documentation for color-ls.
Given all of the input regarding color-ls, I feel that this is the best solution at this time. Syrus. ---------------------------------------------------------- Syrus Nemat-Nasser <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> UCSD Physics Dept.
