There isn't a CD with "unstable" yet. The beta-test begins on April 15, we'd like to have the test run for a couple of weeks before people start placing the software on CDs, so that the CDs don't have the worst bugs on them.
Once the software's a bit more stable, at least 10 companies will issue
CDs.
