Oops, that wasn't very informative. Setting sw2, sw3, and sw4 to off sets the I/O port address to 330-333. sw6, sw7, and sw8 set the BIOS address with DC000 being the default (when all those switches are off). sw1 controls plug and play (off = enabled; on = disabled). sw5 controls the floppy controller (off = enabled; on = disabled).
