For the WWW mailing list archives (http://www.debian.org/Lists-Archives/), I'm currently using 'hypermail' (a mailbox to HTML converter). Unfortunately, 'hypermail' is quite inreliable, dumping core on large input files regularly.
I am looking for advice on a replacement for hypermail. It should be reliable for input files (in standard Unix mbox format) up to several megabytes, provide threading (and of course, inter-message links). It should run on reasonably normal Unix systems, including Linux, Solaris and IRIX. It is not necessary for the program to be able to split the archives into periods; this is done earlier on in the process already. Any advice appreciated, Ray
