After some painful mirroring, Debian's Mirror at
ftp://simula.efis.ucr.ac.cr/pub/debian/ is in sync with
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ as of Apr 23rd, 1200 GMT, except for some
files located in unstable/disks-i386
This mirror is located in Costa Rica, Central America. Users in Central
America should get pretty good connections all around the clock, and users in
North America and Europe may find good connection speeds (1-4 kB/s) during
0400-1200 GMT. Outside that period xfer speeds drop below a lousy 300 B/s
Be warned! The only piece missing here is unstable/disks-i386, but
that should be available by 1300-1400 GMT.
