Hello, I think it would be time to finish the process of repairing the voting mechanism in the debian policy.
Prerequisites:
1) discussion: we had a lot of it
2) drafts to vote upon: we have at least Raul Miller's one
What is missing now? I think we should vote about this
soon, so that this does not fall into hibernation again.
