I'm sorry for raising this objection so late, but I think this violates 5.2.8 "The Project Leader serves for one year from their election". 5.2.3. says that "The election begins nine weeks before the leadership post becomes vacant...". The post becomes vacant on 2003-04-10 (according to 5.2.8), therefore the nomination period should start on February 6 and voting on March 20. -- Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
