Hi guys,

This is the way I count it at the moment
 My original Proposal:
   Manoj Srivastava <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   Simon Law <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Aaron M. Ucko)

 My proposal with a patch:
    Manoj Srivastava <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Simon Law <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Aaron M. Ucko)
    Neil Roeth <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Stephen R Marenka <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Andrew Suffield <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Matthias Urlichs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Since everyone who sponsored the initial proposal has also
accepted the patch, and some have indicaed that the patched proposal
is the preferred one, I am hereby accepting the amendment to my
proposal, and and withdrawing the original proposal. The patched
proposal has enough sponsors now to go to the next phase.

Editorial comments from Branden on my patch (I find these
interesting, and I do plan on acting on them). Simon has also
expressed approval of the these comments; hopefully we can massage my
proposal to include some of the changes proposed by Branden while
retaining the approval of the sponsors.

 Branden's alternate
    Branden Robinson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
   "John H. Robinson, IV" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Bob Hilliard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Richard Braakman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Andrew Suffield <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

We are almost there with this proposal too, all we need is one DD to
  sign on to this.

As I see it, the ballot shall have two alternate proposals,
both requiring a super majority, and a do nothing option, and the
default further discussion option (unless we have other proposals or
 unaccepted amendments to current proposals).

        manoj
