This needs to be made clearer. I assume that your intention is to say "GPL'd (or otherwise DFSG-free licensed) firmware without source is allowed, but everything else is not". But, as I understand it, the point a lot of people are arguing about is exactly *whether* GPL'd firmware without source *is* actually distributable. Your resolution doesn't answer this question. One may claim that this clause actually *forbids* GPL'd firmware without source because we are *not* legally allowed to distribute it. Gerardo
