Pretty much what is required to enter NM.

... pretty much what is required from NM advocates.

Considering it pretty much is like NM, though a bit like Canada Dry is
like beer[1], why not split NM so that people could enter it either to
become DD or DM ? People wanting to be DD could even benefit from the
DM status once they got P&P passed... That would also make the GR
lighter.
