I had a quick go at that, but didn't get finished:

I removed a few DDs ([EMAIL PROTECTED], eg) and a couple of mailing
lists, as well as merging the two lists of contributors. The n-m
status field is hopefully useful but I got bored at around the
uploader-of-12-packages mark.
