Yes.

I expect Steve's platform to be as sane as always, so I'm answering this
question now, before reading it. I think both Raphael and Steve could do
the DPL job well, but I have my reasons to believe neither of them to do
things the same way as I would do them and that's why I haven't left the
field to them.
