I don't (neither yesterday nor today). At <https://www.debian.org/vote/2021/vote_003#statistics>, the "tally sheet" link in the third sentence links to the correct tally sheet. If you follow the link in the first sentence to the statistics page at <https://www.debian.org/vote/2021/suppl_003_stats>, the "tally sheet" link there also links to the correct tally sheet. Maybe you have some stale content cached somewhere?
