By "I don't like the tivoization issue" I understand you mean "I don't like how the GPL-3 was designed to forbid tivoization". Debian can't change the license of the software that it distributes, so I don't see how it would be failing to that respect, and what it could do to remedy that failure. Also, I don't see how Debian's goals would or should include helping companies sell closed software. But again, I might not be understanding what you're saying. Gerardo
