As mentioned before, Debian is widely used for it's stability. If we allow
AI generated contributions in the repos, we have a bigger risk of making

Notably, even that Gentoo policy explicitly doesn't forbid AI contributions to the upstream parts of the distribution. So when you are talking about "archives", "repos" and stability of the distro as installed on someone's machine you seem to be talking partially or mostly about things that Gentoo didn't, as you said, ban.
