Seconded. This puts the onus of translating the content on the receiver, which (a) will result in far more LLM use (and thus waste of energy and all that) than if the sender did it, (b) marginalize the sender: not every intended recipient will bother.

(c) the title of this GR is "Ban LLM contributions from Debian". While a message to a mailing list is (we hope) a contribution to a particular discussion, it does not necessarily contribute Debian itself. I move to declare that as off-topic (for now – one step at a time).
