Request to give back voms on hppa

Hi!

The build of voms 1.9.11-3 on hppa failed due to a missing dependency in
gcj-4.4-jdk (bug #546062). I new version of gcj-4.4-jdk is now available
where this has been fixed. So the voms on hppa should build now.
