building meep on hppa

Hi,

unfortunately I had to upload an new version of package meep, that again 
has some problems on hppa. Could you please do some magic and try to build 
it again.

PS: Maybe yo can do some magic and increase the priority of package 
harminv? It is waiting for a buld since five days. On any other 
architecture it was build already ...
