Huh? According to 
http://release.debian.org/wanna-build.txt, 
debian-wb-team is the contact point for give-backs.

This failure doesn't happen regularly, or I wouldn't have asked for a
give-back. In fact, #652231 and #666673 (against cython and brickos) have
the same error message on amd64 and no one seems to know what the issue
is.
