I don't think that's true given that it failed four times on ppc and
ppcspe. Consistently, with the last failure 14d ago.
Anyway I'm fine retrying mips{,el} as that was 199d ago and never
retried and those are actually release architectures. Done. I will note
that for these architectures specifically
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=897086 is marked as
affecting libguess.
