The error message looks like this might be a baseline violation.
Checking when it first appeared in a few packages' build logs suggests
x86-bm-01 is newer than my laptop (where the build succeeds), but it
might not have been new when it became a buildd.
What CPUs are x86-bm-01 and x86-csail-02? Their pages on
https://db.debian.org/machines.cgi don't say.
