I suppose, dpkg is chroot'ing while configuring packages installed with --root. Anyway, don't packages expect being installed in / ? Are you using a special build process or anything to avoid such problems ? Just by curiosity... -- Jeremie Koenig <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
