Glad to see some interest in this. There was a package in the experimental
section until recently, which I created. It had some problems though
and I never worked on it much.

However, the DOS clients won't attach to a server as the default
server unless they can find the standard problems (eg LOGIN) in
the SYS:PUBLIC directory. Is there a free replacement for those?
I think there was some work on one as part of mars, a few years
ago anyway.

The only free client for NetWare is the linux kernel itself.
I suppose mars qualifies for main for this reason. Otherwise...?
