I have tried and failed yet again to coax rscheme into a package. The build system just does not want to cooperate, and this is further exacerbated by the pathname information which is compiled into the binary. I am starting a new project at work and will not have time to redo the entire rscheme build system (which is complex, since it is a bootstrapping compiler). Therefore, I am retitling this to an RFA.
