Hey José

First of all thanks for all your development put in esmtp, and your
packaging for Debian on it!

It's 'bad about' this decision, I like esmtp. One advance I see in
esmtp it alows a per-user configuration, which once let me decide for
esmtp instead of ssmtp (see: http://bugs.debian.org/219542 and
http://bugs.debian.org/181315).

Since you are also suspending maintainership of upstream too, this
mean if someone will adopt it probably also should adopt upstream's
development.
I would like to help maintaining esmtp in Debian, in particular from
packaging point of view, but I think taking over development is a task
to high for me.

Many thanks José for all your work you have done in it.

Bests
Salvatore
