since my original ITP is now over three months old, I wanted to reinstate that I still intend to package rioutil. Meanwhile, upstream is at version 1.0.4 and I have created packages that I use locally. However, the software still has so many bugs that I do not want to upload to Debian. Please contact me if you would like to test or otherwise work on the package.
