This is a request for assistance in maintaining the imagemagick package[1].
This is a very important package for Debian, and it's outdated with more than
100 open bugs. Most of them are probably fixed in newer versions.
Imagemagick needs you for (in order of priority):
- Test the next package release, which is on develop in the svn[3]. This
includes the 6 binary packages: imagemagick, libmagick++-dev, libmagick++,
libmagick, libmagick9-dev and perlmagick
- Reduce the number of bugs with commits to the package svn[3], submitting
patches in the BTS or closing old/fixed bugs.
If you want to help, you can:
- Just do it!
- Join us in our Alioth project[4] and you will be able to commit to the svn
[3].
- Join the maintainer list[5]
