The original source package can be downloaded at: http://www.ai.univie.ac.at/~markus/ocaml_sources/pcre_ocaml-4.22-0.tar.gz The author and upstream maintainer is Markus Mottl <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> OCaml-PCRE is released under LGPL.
Currently the upstream package isn't ready to be debian packaged because upstream author distribute it bundled to and tightly coupled with a version of the pcre library itself that is already debianized in another package. I've already asked him to split away only the OCaml bindings and Markus answered that he will do it, along with other improvement needed for the debianization and with an help of mine but not earlier than two weeks from now. So keep waiting for the package.
