Well, I don't see any license issue here to warrant +dfsg, these are binaries built from the sources. It's always been more of a cleanliness issue, take into account that besides the binaries there's also the assembler output junk, which makes the tarball go from 83 KiB in Debian to 1.5 MiB in upstream, which seems like a waste.
