The maintainer of scim-tegaki package is apparently not active on it anymore, the software has a dead upstream for years, and SCIM is replaced by IBus on most cases. This package is the only one that depends on scim-python, which is the python binding of SCIM. Because scim-python is not usable now, it renders scim-tegaki is useless either.
