In the past I have sponsored the acct package.
The actual maintainer is in my opionion not active enough to maintain
a package in Debian properly and does not respond to my emails/reports.
So I request a RFA for this package.
If you want to take care of this package, you may also private mail me,
if you need a sponsor.

In the meantime the maintainer has continued to maintain the package via a
different sponsor. I'm closing this RFA now because the maintainer does not
seem to request an adopter.
