Thanks Alex, Happy to join, might be able to help with other packages as well.
So i already have a "debian" directory located at https://github.com/opinkerfi/adagios/debian.upstream which builds for me on several platforms, and might be a good base for a debian package (although its not maybe not quite debian quality yet). I've been helping out with pynag in the debian-python group, and they gave me an empty repo at svn.alioth.org and had me build packages with "svn-do debuild". What are the rules of the road in this group ? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alexander Wirt" <formo...@debian.org> To: "Pall Sigurdsson" <pa...@opensource.is>, 744...@bugs.debian.org Sent: Tuesday, April 15, 2014 9:03:36 AM Subject: Bug#744818: ITP: adagios -- Adagios is an alternative web configuration (and status) interface to nagios/icinga/shinken On Mon, 14 Apr 2014, Pall Sigurdsson wrote: Hi, > Package: wnpp > Severity: wishlist > Owner: Pall Sigurdsson <pa...@opensource.is> > > * Package name : adagios > Version : 1.4.1 > Upstream Author : Pall Sigurdsson <pa...@opensource.is> > * URL : http://adagios.org > * License : A-GPL > Programming Lang: Python, JAvascript > Description : Adagios is an alternative web configuration (and status) > interface to nagios/icinga/shinken > > Adagios is a web based Nagios configuration interface built to be simple and > intuitive > in design, exposing less of the clutter under the hood of nagios. > Additionally adagios > has a rest interface for both status and configuration data as well a feature > complete > status interface that can be used as an alternative to nagios web interface. > > Feature summary: > * Full view/edit of hosts, services, etc > * Modern Status view as an alternative to default nagios web interface > * Rest interface for status of hosts/services > * Rest interface for viewing and modifying configuration > * Full audit of any changes made I invite you to manage this package within the pkg-nagios group on alioth. For a better integration into the existing packages it would be also great if you talk to relevant maintainers (thats me for icinga/nagios and Thibault Cohen for shinken.
