Using bower (http://bower.io) could be the way to go. Then, at build-time, * depend on already-packaged JS libs, * and bower install the others. Does that seem reasonable? The only downside I can see would be the adjustment of paths, which could be done by a patch to the Apache configuration. Thoughts?
