Have you had a look at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libgraphite-php ? There, you should find much of the pointers to other things you should investigate. In particular, you'll find the pointer to the Git repo I've used so far. I guess that's probably enough for now. Tell me if I've forgotten anything.
