Note that logfs has been removed from the kernel as of 4.10.

We ship stretch with 4.9; it's reasonable to run newer userspace with
oldstable's kernel -- and our glibc is fine all the way down to 3.2
(systemd requires 3.13, but is in no way required). Thus, it's probably
a good idea to keep logfs-tools in buster or possibly even longer
-- but it's pointless to maintain it beyond basic life support.
