After closer review, the golang-github-chris-ramon-douceur software is no
longer required, and ITP #979472 can be closed with no further action.
The upstream software (golang-github-microcosm-cc-bluemonday) no longer has a
dependency on the chris-ramon-douceur fork. Instead only
golang-github-aymerick-douceur is used (from which chris-ramon-douceur was
forked at one point).
