zemberek is obviously not maintained anymore. I am hereby orphaning it. 
Please only consider adopting if you can afford the time and have the 
skills to maintain it.

Zemberek is an open source, platform independent, general purpose 
Natural Language Processing library and toolset designed for Turkic 
languages, especially Turkish.
