I intend to orphan the python-discogs-client package. I'm listed as the sole human maintainer alongside "Debian Python Team". I do not use Debian anymore and I'm too uninvolved to make a good job. The main reason this package is of interest to Debian users is as the dependency to the Debian "beets" package which is still maintained (at least I see a pretty current version 2.0.0). I'm sorry and good luck with finding a new maintainer. The package description is: This is an active fork of the "official Discogs API client for Python", which was deprecated by discogs.com as of June 2020. The Joalla Team decided to continue maintenance of this useful Python module. Contributions are welcome by submitting pull-requests to https://github.com/joalla/discogs_client. . python3-discogs-client enables querying the Discogs database (discogs.com) through its REST-API for information on artists, releases, labels, users, Marketplace listings, and more.
