you are sure you've used the correct URLs for referencing one or more
upstream projects?
I can't see that any of the URLs you have given is somehow related to
something similar to pyyaml. Nor your extra information within the bug
report gives more information like where you want to maintain this package.
And, Python source packages shouldn't use python3 as prefix, if needed
then only python as we might need or want to include multiply Python
versions as binary packages.
