This already used to be part of Debian and removed in #1072956 for obscure reasons. Allegedly even the old version in Debian (10.1.9.6-2) would have no longer worked in current versions of Firefox, but it did and still does (up to until at least the FF v144). Anyway, noscript is probably *the* security extension for Firefox. So many attacks and other abuse are made via JavaScript and it should be possible to block that for all sites where one doesn't want it. So please bring it back into Debian. Cheers, Philippe.
