That file was not supposed to be there, overlooked this when removing
all the files from the template.
I just commit the removal in salsa.

One more thing: you target experimental for your NEW upload. This is
usually fine, but when I build libzeem on my chroot (sid) I get this
lintian error:
E: libzeem changes: distribution-and-experimental-mismatch
Can you target unstable instead? For NEW uploads there is usually no
difference.
